Motor rotor dynamic balance measurement system and dynamic balance machine instructions:
1. Before using for the first time every day, first turn on the power and the CPU start switch to ensure that the measurement system has been started correctly. If the drive belt of the dynamic balancing machine is not installed, install the belt and start the manual selection of the measurement interface (the new rotor needs to enter the calibration interface for rotor dynamic balance calibration).
2. After the dynamic balancing machine enters the measurement interface, place the motor rotor to be measured on the measurement station, and then press the start button. When the start button is pressed, the motor placed on the measuring station starts to rotate for about 3 to 5 seconds. The sensor system collects the unbalanced data of the rotor and outputs it to the measurement interface to locate the unbalanced data.
3. The operator corrects the unbalanced data displayed on the measurement interface. After calibration, press the start button. When the start button is pressed again, the measurement system will re-test the rotor unbalance data. After successful calibration, the interface of the measuring system is qualified, indicating that the measuring rotor has reached the balance requirement.
4. After the measurement of the motor rotor is completed, the operator removes the measurement rotor and installs the new rotor to the measurement station, and the above steps can be performed.
5. If the calibration is not completed, the interface of the measurement system displays unqualified, and then perform the correction again according to the data of the displayed unbalanced amount until the display is qualified.
